I have always wanted to be a main cast
In those love stories.
But all have ever been was a reader
All have ever been was an audience.
So I decided to be a writer.
To own my stories.

I reside in every pages of my stories
A story to shed for
A story to smile for
A story to live for

I am so proud of who I'm becoming
And knowing I can be/do anything
With just a pen and note
Is enthralling.

Beginning
I walked into the chapel in my father's arm. My heart melts at the man standing next to the priest with a big smile and I thank God for bringing him into my life.

How It All Started
Derin please wait,don't go yet. At least hear me out.
What do you have to say?I have told you already that I have a boyfriend.
But we both know it's a lie!He replies. At least hear me out.

Right from the first time I met her, I had always known she is the one for me, I couldn't believe she stays in the same neighborhood with me. I had never set my eyes on her till the day we bumped into each other at the supermarket in my close. She was shy,I had noticed. But she had this beauty I could not place where it came from(I think it was within). Her face was void of make-up and her hair were plaited in beautiful cornrows. We became friends and I realized she had been living in the area for a long time but she seldom
comes out. I began to love her for her honesty, playful and loving nature. I knew if I rushed things with her she would tell me No. So I had been at her side hoping she noticed the love and waiting for the right moment to tell her.

She blinked! What do you mean I don't  have a boyfriend.

Derin
I had loved gbolahan,right from the moment I set my eye's on him. I had always watched him from my bedroom window playing football on weekends at the field close to my house. Until the day we bumped into each other,I had never thought I would meet him. We became friends and I had fallen deeply for him.
How can he love me? Nobody ever love's me.
Derin; how can you love me? No one ever love me
Gbolahan; I don't know how blind they could be,not to love you. See how beautiful you are, you have got a beautiful soul. You're so selfless. And you always have this smile on your face. I want to wake up next to you to see that smile everyday.
Derin;she frowns, but I don't feel beautiful, I have scar's all over my body,I'm fat, I'm broken.
Gbolahan;let me mend you,let me make you feel whole,because that's how I feel when I'm with you. Let me give to you the love you deserve.
Derin;I feel you've confused pity for love
Gbolahan; No I haven't. There's nothing to pity about you,but there's lot to emulate from you. I love you. I never believed in love till I found you.
Derin; I love you.

I didn't realize that I'm next to him already and the priest already asked if I would take him as my husband. With a gentle nudge from gbolahan.
I hurriedly replied with an I Do.

Great love

I love him greatly
But this he will never know
I want to tell him
But I'm scared of being turned down

Everyday my heart get broken
Piece by pieces
Just seeing him with other girls.

So night after night
I lay in bed,and dream of us together
I know it's a dream that would never come true
But every night I replay dreams of us being together.

I find solace in the dream.

I need someone to love me
I need someone to care for me
I need him to always hold his breath
Whenever he sees me

I want him to lie down with me
To gaze at stars

And the fact that I don't have this that I want
Make's me yearn for it the more
